The Children Achievement for all Provide a full range of excellent programmes and activities, which: motivate all of our children to learn, challenge them to think critically, build their confidence, and their self-worth, encourage them to take risks, accept challenges, and achieve and surpass their potential, contribute fully to society, and also, encourage home study, and, foster the extra-curricular achievements of the children. Environment and resources A safe, secure, and attractive environment Plan to maintain and further develop the school environment with plants, trees, attractive colours, murals, walkways, seating, signage. Work with all agencies to provide the children with safe access and egress, and clean and safe work and play spaces while at school; provide shady areas and covered walkways and play areas. Provide an After-School Care Programme Development Fundraise to provide specialist teaching spaces, staff, and purchase and set up equipment. A Library/Information Technology Centre, and Resource Teacher Aide, with phones, faxes, videos, audio gear, and computers, and support their use by children and teachers. Fundraise to replace the pool. Install and provide more equipment. Resources Efficient resource management Review, rationalise resource areas, improve systems, train personnel to manage the resources.
